When we signed our contract with you
in July, we had lofty expectations since you had come so
highly recommended from our neighbors. We are happy to
report that we couldn't be more thrilled with how our finished
basement turned out! We have an absolutely beautiful
customized space that our family will enjoy for many years
to come.
Every member of the team that worked
in our home was courteous, conscientious, and friendly.
We appreciate that the work area was left as clean as possible
each day. Thank you also for being flexible as our vision
of the space evolved. We truly felt that your team made
every effort to ensure our complete comfort and satisfaction
with the work being performed.
Thank you, Rob, for the numerous trips
to our house to lay out the floor plan and helping us create
a design that maximized our space and achieved everything
that we desired. You went beyond the call of duty by taping
off the floor so that we could see exactly where walls would
be located. We also appreciate you taking the time to meet
us at the Stone Center to assist us with selecting the perfect
stone for our fireplace, which by the way, continues to
receive numerous compliments for everyone that sees it.
To our project manager Tim, thank you
for meticulously overseeing our project and for responding
to our endless questions and requests. You never made us
feel that we were bothering you. We truly felt that you
were an equal partner in making our design a reality. It
was a pleasure getting to know you.
Mildred also deserves a huge "Thank-you"
for cheerfully fielding a million phone calls from us. She
was courteous, helpful and always followed through to make
sure that our questions were answered.
Home improvement projects by their nature
are extremely stressful under the best of circumstances.
This was particularly the case for us because we started
this project during the last trimester of a difficult pregnancy.
Thank you for all your kindness and consideration for Valeta's
condition while working on our home. We appreciated your
care and concern and we were truly touched that you marked
the birth of our son by sending flowers. Members of your
team appeared to be as genuinely excited about our son's
arrival as we were! In fact Tim couldn't wait to hold and
feed him!
This basement finishing
project may have started out as a business contract but
it evolved into a partnership with people we now consider
to be our friends. Few businesses in this day and age
are able to live up to the "old fashioned" notion
of "the customer comes first". Projects Unlimited
is one such business. Don't change a thing!
We are more than
a little sad to enclose the final check for our basement
refinishing project because we know that it means we won't
be seeing your team again until we start our next home improvement
project.
